Professional work environment in the Terminal of Luxembourg Airport meeting the needs of today’s business traveler – modern meeting rooms, private offices for rent and co-working stations available from today!
Today, lux-airport and Regus together announced the opening of the new Regus Express business center, located directly in the Terminal of Luxembourg Airport. The world’s leading provider of flexible workspaces now offers also at the airport the opportunity for business travelers, local and international companies to have an ideal business environment to meet and work.
Everything has been designed to meet the needs of today’s business travelers: to enable professionals to meet clients and partners in offices or meeting rooms, to establish business communications, using state-of-the-art equipment or to prepare a meeting while waiting for a flight. To ensure a quality work environment, telephones, televisions, LCD projectors and videoconferencing equipment are available in all rooms.
Located on the first floor of the Terminal, the Regus Express Center is accessible to passengers and visitors from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The center offers five meeting rooms, which can accommodate a capacity up to 50 participants, available from 60 Euro onwards. All rooms are very modern, unique and dedicated to the theme Airport. Choose between the meeting rooms Caravelle, Constellation, Concorde, Seven-Three-Seven or Jumbo Jet. Hence all meeting rooms offer a stunning view on the apron and into the busy terminal. In order to adapt it to the needs of different meeting types, such as press conferences, large meetings or presentations, the large room has especially been equipped with a system of movable walls.
Friendly co-working spaces as well as private offices are also available. Bookings can be made by day, half-day or hourly. Some offices can even be rented on a monthly basis.
The new Regus center at Luxembourg Airport is equipped with a free, high-speed Wi-Fi network and computer equipment for printing and preparing presentations or other documents on site. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks, including a breakfast menu, tea or coffee. Hostess’s welcome and administrative assistance is also available on request at the Regus Express Center.
Philippe Canu, Country Manager of Regus, said: “Following on from the success of Regus in Luxembourg, this is our seventh center as we meet the increasing demand from local businesses to work when they want, where they want and how they want as part of the Regus business community. As the Luxemburg market thrives, I am excited that modern and dynamic companies working there can join our 2.3 million customers and benefit from access to our global network and experience the opportunities of flexible working for themselves.”
Johan Vanneste, CEO of lux-Airport, “We are excited to join today the group of airports that can offer a state of the art and fully equipped meeting and conference center in the Terminal. This is another important element in our portfolio to further develop our boutique airport.” All reservations can be made directly on www.myregus.com, by phone (+352) 22 99 99 5200 or by e-mail at [email protected]
