Yuriko Backes, Minister of Mobility and Public Works, declared: “ As the premier tenant of the Skypark Business Centre, the Moxy Hotel is set to open alongside this sophisticated, multifunctional development directly connected to the airport terminal. The hotel will significantly elevate the airport’s appeal and offer unparalleled convenience for travelers and visitors, especially with the new tram connection set to commence in March.”

Satya Anand, President for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Marriott International, emphasized the hotel’s commitment to providing an innovative and vibrant guest experience. „The Moxy brand is all about fun, with a modern design, and creating a sense of community for both business and leisure travelers,“ said Anand. „We’re proud to have the first Moxy in Luxembourg at Luxembourg Airport and look forward to its role in this dynamic location.“

Alexander Flassak, CEO of lux-Airport: “ The airport continues to develop. A new milestone has been reached with the opening of the Moxy Hotel as the first activity in the Skypark Business Center, one of the largest wooden buildings in Europe. In addition, construction activity at the airport continues to be brisk. We are particularly looking forward to the arrival of the tram, which will connect the airport even better with Luxembourg’s main business centres – and thus also make the hotel attractive not only for air travellers.  „
