We arrived at the airport and are now waiting to deboard the aircraft. Why are we being asked to wait?

There are several reasons why deboarding might be delayed. The aircraft needs to be properly
secured, and the necessary preparations for deboarding must be made. If you’ve arrived in stormy
weather or a thunderstorm, deboarding may be delayed for safety reasons. In such cases, please be
patient and follow the instructions from the cabin crew. Thank you for your understanding.

What should I do if I missed my flight at the gate?

If you missed your flight, please exit the security area and head to the baggage claim area, where
your luggage will be available for collection. We also recommend contacting your airline directly for
further assistance and to discuss your options for rebooking or adjusting your travel plans.

I have a morning flight, but my bus arrives late in the evening. Can I stay at the airport overnight?

Yes, if you have a valid flight ticket for the next morning, you are allowed to wait inside the
terminal until your flight departs. Please follow the instructions at the entrance and show your valid
flight ticket to gain access to the terminal during the night closure.
